I'm sure this has been addressed previously. I've occasionally experienced random HR spikes on my Inspire 3 at times when I'm at rest. I've just ignored it. However, yesterday I was riding in a car for most of the day. Later in the afternoon I took a peak at the app and was extremely surprised to see a spike over 200 bpm!!!! Wowzers! Now today, I'm having a resting day (health issues) and even took some medication that is known to lower my heart rate. I happen to glance at my Fitbit and it's showing a heart rate around 120bpm. I had my Kardia Mobile handy so I checked with that. It showed 59bpm. I even took it a step further and used my bp cuff and it said 60bpm. So, My Fitbit is way the heck off. I regularly clean off the back of the Fitbit. I just hit a restart. It came back up still showing way off. Now after about 20 minutes it's correct again. But how do I trust it anymore? I've noticed an increase in my RHR and Sleeping HR. Is it a real increase...or is it just another error????
