Inspire 3 incorrect hour

My fit bit updated my time and date wrong when I flew back from an international country which crossed midnight. It had my time crossing two dates, no sleep activity and now although I fixed the day of week and date on my iPad the time is wrong by the 7 hours difference When I was in Greece compared to EST.

I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire 3 has the wrong hour. 

Since you were in a different time zone, it may not have automatically changed upon returning to your country. Please follow these steps to verify that it is correct or change the timezone: 

1. Go to your mobile app.
2. Tap the gear icon in the top right corner.
3. Swipe to "App Settings"
4. Tap “date, hour and units”
5. Choose "time zone"
6. Turn off "Automatic time zone"
7. Under "Select time zone" look for your country's time zone.
8. Sync your watch and the app.

It also says I synchronized on 1/31 and it is only 1/30. The top of my data for date now says jan 30-jan 31

I found a gear in a different section on Google where I had moved to and it did have me in Athens still although I had updated it on my iPad in settings to New York for location  and my FitBit Pp is on my iPad so it is now fixed . Thank you so much.
