Inspire 3 innaccurate heart rate

A few times now, I will be sitting for over 30 minutes and I get an alert for an abnormally high heart rate for being inactive.  I hadn't felt my heart beat as fast as it says it was and I checked my pulse manually to confirm it was normal.  Fitbit (Inspire 3) is up to date with latest software update.  It did it after the update and being fully charged.  Any ideas how to fix it?

I recommend that you try restarting the device following the steps listed in this article. 

In addition, please follow the instructions in this article to improve the accuracy of heart rate information and check the information mentioned here about other factors that could affect your heart rate reading.
