Inspire 3 is losing steps when reaching the 10k

I set up my new inspire 3 today. It worked great and tracked my walk. But once I hit 10k steps it kept backtracking to 9973. It did this 4 different times each time doing the same thing until I finally took it off. I tried rebooting phone and I tried uninstalling and reinstalling app. Neither worked. It also added more laps to my walk, even though I ended the walk and have taken off watch. Any advice?

Hi, @Chking welcome to the community, there are several settings in the Inspire 3 "Walk" exercise, you will see a little chevron at the bottom of the walk exercise screen on your device, swipe up to access the settings. May I suggest you review the Inspire 3 User Manual page 33 is a good place to start.
