Inspire 3 is not charging properly

My inspire has registered 100% after one day, I'm worried the battery is dying.

Hi, @tiger72 , do you mean that it has *not* come to 100% after one day?

If that is the case, I would not worry too much.  I would just remove the Fitbit from the charger and wear it as usual.

Moving forward, when your Fitbit is a little older (often once you have had it a year, and usually as it gets older than a year) you may find it needs more frequent charging.  As I am sure you are aware, all rechargeable batteries have a limited life span, and as the battery on the Inspire series is quite small (it’s a trade off between a more delicate device and longevity…)

Do not worry about charging little and often - battery research suggests that this is actually optimal.  Ideally for longest life you should avoid deep discharges.

So if you can find a routine in which you can pop your Inspire 3 on the charger for 15 or more minutes each day - perhaps when you are showering and getting ready for work or in the evening when you are relaxing with a book or watching television - you will find that that will keep the battery going as long as possible.

I hope this helps!

Thank you...I went out and purchased a new Inspire 3, I just wasn't
comfortable with my old inspire (almost six years old). After two full days
it still registered 100%
Thank you once again for the information you sent.
