Inspire 3 is not tracking my floors

How do I get flights of stairs back in my app? I'm hiking and doing lots of inclines, but it reads zero. It also doesn't show up on my dashboard. Don't know what I did!

Inspire 3 never had an altimeter so cannot/never could measure flights of stairs.  I don't think any Inspire models do.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Hi there, @KrisHReed. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post. We're here to help you!

As @JohnnyRow has mentioned, please note that  floors aren’t tracked on Inspire 3, Charge 5, Luxe or any Inspire series devices. Although it is designed without a floor feature, your device can track as many activities as other Fitbit devices does. For more information about your Fitbit Inspire 3, you can click this link: Fitbit User Manuals.

Thanks for this post. I have a new inspire3; in the goals, there is a badge for climbing 10 floors in a day. I did far more than that yesterday, but I didn't get a badge.🙃

Weird, because some days, I'll show sets of stairs on my Inspire 3. It just doesn't download them.
