Inspire 3 is not tracking my floors

I’ve had my inspire 3 for 5 days now but it hasn’t tracked any stairs I’ve walked up? I rely on this count, if it doesn’t do this can I get my money back? I used to have a charge 4 but the strap broke so I bought this one as it looked smaller on my wrist

Hello @Charlh85 and welcome to the Community.  I'm sorry, but the Inspire 2 doesn't have an altimeter, the hardware that counts floors.  The Inspire series is very basic and Fitbit didn't put an altimeter in any Inspire series model.  Unfortunately, the Charge 4 is the last Charge series model with an altimeter.  It isn't in the Charge 5 or 6.  Please contact Support if you want to return it.

Ok thank you, do you know what models do have an altimeter just so I know what one to purchase? Can you tell me how to contact support so I can try and get it swapped? Thanks for your help 🙂

@Charlh85   If you are in the US, then I think this page is the one you need to contact Support for a return authorization.  The Sense 2/Versa 4 both have the altimeter.  I didn't mention these models in my first response because you specifically mentioned the smaller size.  The Versa 4 doesn't have hardware to do ECG/stress scanning. available on the Sense 2.
