Inspire 3 is not tracking my floors

I have done everything I have read to fix this issue and still nothing. I’ve had this product for about a month and nothing. I have two sets of stairs in my house so…..

Please note that  floors aren’t tracked on Inspire 3, Charge 5, Luxe or any Inspire series devices. Although it is designed without a floor feature, your device can track as many activities as other Fitbit devices do. For more information about your Fitbit Inspire 3, you can click this link: Fitbit User Manuals.

Regarding your calories, your Inspire 3 should track them as your Fitbit One used to. For more information, see How does my Fitbit device calculate my daily activity?
