Hi guys, for some reason my Fitbit rarely provides me with a sleep score because it couldn’t track a consistent heart rate. However, whenever I’m awake there seems to be no issue with this feature so when I’m asleep am I just dead to the world or is there something I can do to fix this other than make sure my wristband is on tight enough ?

Hello there, @Keli4976. It's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Inspire 3. I understand where your concern is coming from. I will do my best to help you with this.
As a first approach, I'd recommend trying the following steps to make sure your heart rate is working as heart rate reading is key to get your sleep data accurately:
Also, for more detailed information, see What factors can affect my heart-rate reading on my Fitbit device?
Keep in mind that you must see sleep stages in order to see your sleep score information. Please swipe left on the Sleep Score graph, here you can see information about your weekly sleep average and sleep duration. To get more detailed information, see What's sleep score in the Fitbit app?
With that in mind, I recommend considering the following in order to get sleep stages:
For more information, see What should I know about Fitbit sleep stages?

My wife is on her third Inspire 3 device now with the exact same issue. The app claims that it couldn't track a consistent heart rate while sleeping, but the heart rate data was all there on the online dashboard every time, so that app message is clearly incorrect.
