I have been using Fitbit for 10 years. Since 2019 I keep my sleeping score using a FitBit inspire 3 (impecable service until 2023). Last year the reporting became irregular starting in July. I reported the problem and the suggestion by FitBit was to reset the watch, delete and reinstall the app, etc. There were also suggestions to adjust the watch to the wrist. I tried everything. Finally, I ended up buying a new Inspire 3 watch at the end of November, thinking that perhaps the old one was not working properly.
Any suggestions welcome. The only reason I have kept FitBit for so long (premium) is the sleep score.
In my opinion, FitBit has a software problem, since all stats are available at all times (heartbeat, etc) except the sleeping score. So far this month I have got 6 scores...

Hi there, @VictorRamos. It's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your new Inspire 3 is not tracking your sleep score. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
While reading your post, I was wondering if your Inspire 3 is tracking your heart rate accurately? If your heart rate is OFF, you won't get sleep stages or sleep scores as heart rate readings are key for your sleep details. Also, keep in mind that you must see sleep stages in order to see your sleep score information. Please swipe left on the Sleep Score graph, here you can see information about your weekly sleep average and sleep duration. To get more detailed information, see What's sleep score in the Fitbit app?
With that being said, I'd recommend trying the following steps to make sure your heart rate is working:
In addition to that, I suggest taking a look at this help article Why don't I see sleep stages today?
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

Dear Marre: thank you for your response.
I switched off and on the heart rate option, as you recommended and today the problem continues.
As you can see, my device is tracking heart rate (that does not seem to be the problem).
On this screen you can see the HR during the night, and later on the day (5.7 km run at noon).
Sometimes I succeed getting the sleep score if I reset the watch while charging. I will try again today.
As you can see from yesterday night readings, it reports the different stages of my sleep, but instead of adding up to almost 8 hours of sleep (from 21:34 pm to 6:29 am -wake time), it reports 3 hours and 32 minutes. As I mentioned in my previous note, this erratic behavior started in July of last year and ever since the sleep score reporting became irregular.
Hope this helps, trying to identify the problem.
Best regards,
Victor
