Inspire 3 is not tracking my sleep times accurately

Sometimes (not always) my fitbit restarts the sleep hours if I need to go to the bathroom. I don't understand as I don't walk many steps and am in semi darkness. I can't  help needing the 'loo in the night so how can I persuade the fitbit to regard it as a waking moment and then continue?

Have you tried restarting your Inspire 3? If not yet, please see How do I restart my Fitbit device?

As you may know, your time a
sleep is calculated by subtracting your time spent awake and restless from your overall tracked sleep time. For example, if you slept 8 hours but woke up 2 times for 15 minutes each, your time asleep would be 7 hr 30 min.

To learn more about your time asleep in sleep stages, see What should I know about Fitbit sleep stages?

Nevertheless, you can set your Fitbit device to track sleep in a sensitive mode. For information about how this setting works, see What's the difference between the normal and sensitive sleep setting?

If necessary, you can edit your sleep logs. For instructions, see How do I edit or delete sleep logs in the Fitbit app?
