Hi there, @Anapaulauro. It's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community Forums.

As @LZeeW has mentioned, please note that  floors aren’t tracked on Inspire 3, Charge 5, Luxe or any Inspire series devices. Although it is designed without a floor feature, your device can track as many activities as other Fitbit devices do. For more information about your Fitbit Inspire 3, you can click this link: Fitbit User Manuals.

@Anapaulauro   The Inspire 3 doesn't have an altimeter, a small piece of hardware that is needed to count stairs.  The floors badge is awarded for a real altitude change, not a virtual change like on a stair master.

The Inspire 3 doesn't count floors.
