Thank you for letting me know the information about this difficulty with your Inspire 3.
If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend restarting your Inspire 3 by following these steps.

Mine is doing the same since about the time you posted this. I've tried everything and of course, what they recommended to you. Nothing works!

Mine as well. I deleted the app, reinstalled, turned off Bluetooth, restarted Bluetooth, shut off phone, restarted the band via settings and manually with buttons. Still won't work.

My inspire 3 started doing this today as well. No notifications.....this is looking like Fitbit did something to disable something ......

I have also cleared all app data, updated the firmware of my Inspire 3, resynced it, restarted both my phone and my inspire 3...still nothing....

There has to be something going on. This many of us not getting notifications all of a sudden? Mine stopped just a few days ago, coincidentally right after my phone got an update. It would really be nice if they would fix this!

Mine is having the same issues. I've restarted both Fitbit and phone several times, uninstalled and reinstalled the Fitbit app, turned Bluetooth off and on, etc. No luck.

Agree. Over the past few days Inspire 3 has just frozen as well as stopped receiving vibrations for notifications.
Vibrations work with the alarm, timer, time to move alerts.
Have tried all the suggested fixes and still no luck.

Hi there first time posting on the forum and hoping people can help me. I have tried all the troubleshooting advice as my fitbit inspire 3 has randomly stopped my notifications by buzzing for calls and WhatsApp.
I brought my unit off Amazon and they will only help if I can get a case number from Fitbit but I cannot get in contact with anyone!
Highly frustrating as I rely on the notifications for WhatsApp while at work to save looking at my phone all the time! Sounds like the new update has messed it up so what is the plan to fix this?
