I have an Inspire 3. Recently, despite my using the water lock, it records my swimming time as using a rowing machine. How can I correct this?

@HeatherParry You swipe left/right on the screen until you see it. It sounds like you need some help getting more familiar with your Inspire 3. If you tap on your device/battery icon in the upper left of your Fitbit app, then your Inspire 3 tile, there is a bright pink How To Use option. I hope you find it helpful.

Hello @HeatherParry and welcome to the Community. It sounds like you are setting the water lock, then are recording your swim using SmartTrack. SmartTrack is the feature that automatically tracks seven activities, including swimming. The Inspire 3 recently got an update that can Auto-start six different exercises in the Exercise app. Rowing is one of them. Based on user posts and experience, Auto-start will take precedence over SmartTrack.
Here's how to turn off the rowing Auto-start. Open your Exercise app on your Inspire 3 and select Rowing. Swipe up on the "^" at the bottom of the screen to go to the settings. Look for Auto-start and toggle it off. Auto-start is available in six shortcuts on the Exercise app: walk, run, bike, elliptical, rowing, and spinning. You must turn each one off separately, if you don't want to use them.
Unfortunately, you can't rename any workout that got recorded incorrectly.
