Hi. I have an 8 months old Fitbit inspire 3 which is showing a blue diamond between the date. The screen is locked and cannot be rebooted. Any ideas please ??

Thank you for letting us know about this situation with your Inspire 3 only showing a blue diamond and for your efforts.
Have you already updated the Fitbit app? There's a new update available in the Apple Store and Google Play Store.
I suggest you try to restart your Inspire 3 again but with the charging cable as your device is locked:

If this doesn't work, let it run out of charge, then charge it back up.
