I think it's an Inspire?? It is very basic. It won't let me set the sleep settings either. THANK YOU for reaching out.

Hi @JBVDR I hope you're doing well! Allow me to help you adjusting the time on your Inspire 3.
If the issue persists, try restarting your device:
Best AnswerYou need to go to your phone Fitbit app settings, not your fitbit watch settings.
From the Fitbit app on your phone, click on your Google account profile picture on your top right of the screen. Then follow the instructions above. For me I just had to toggle the 'automatic timezone' settings off and on again, and then force sync the Fitbit again (in that order), however David's instructions also work. If the automatic timezone doesn't work you can toggle it off and then manually select the timezone you're in instead.
This is a ridiculous answer. A user should not need to TURN OFF TIME ZONE SYNCING with their phone and manually set the time zone on their "smart" fitbit! If Google sells devices that claim to sync with their phones (I own a google pixel 6 phone), then they should make sure this functionality works! Google can afford to pay its engineers plenty of money. Tell those engineers to fix their stuff!!!
Best Answerp.s. my answer was in response to the post by DavidFitbit. I own a fitbit inspire 3. I like the design of the watch and the things it does do correctly. I do NOT like the things it does wrong, with the most annoying bug being the fitbit time zone not syncing with my phone.
