Hello!
My Inspire 3 is stuck in sleep mode. I cannot swipe in any direction to get back to Settings to turn it off. I have tried changing the clock face, setting a sleep schedule in the iPhone app, and restarting (plugging into the charger and holding the side buttons), but nothing is working. It syncs fine and is functionally tracking; I just can't see anything on the device except the clock! Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Hi there, @fastcashash. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire 3 is stuck in sleep mode. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
Please note that there are two places to set Sleep Mode, Quick Settings and full Settings. Maybe you have it set on by a schedule in the full Settings app. You might not be able to turn it off in Quick Settings then. Have you already checked this? For more information, see How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device?
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

Hi there- thanks for the help.
I removed my sleep schedule from the iPhone app. Note I did not have this set originally, but it was a suggestion for how to get the tracker out of sleep mode, which is why I tried it. I have re-synced my FitBit but it is still in sleep mode (the crescent moon icon appears). As far as I can ascertain, there is no place in the iPhone app's settings to remove sleep mode and, because the tracker is in sleep mode, I cannot swipe on the tracker to the settings screen to turn it off. I am not sure which is the full Settings and which is the Quick Settings you mention above.
