Had a fitbit for 4 years so I know all about the ways to fix problems. The last few weeks fitbit inspire3 is recording me as below zones for 40 mins out of 80mins of my time on the exercise bike when I know I'm in cardio I am pretty sure now that my inspire is faulty and needs to be sent back. Please advise me .My inspire hr that I had previously worked fine..

Hi, @Pauline_D welcome, I assume you have restarted your Inspire 3 (the equivalent of switch it off/switch it on) and you are getting an HR but not reflecting your energetic use of the exercise bike. Note that if you have recently had a tattoo on your wrist it will prevent the HR recording properly. Do clean the back of your Inspire 3 in case a skin product you are using is interfering with the LED/sensor array (I use rubbing alcohol Isopropyl 70%).
If these steps fail I suggest you contact "Customer Support" using the chat facility or phone for a prompt response, make a note of the steps you have taken and the results so you can brief the agent clearly and allow them to move your issue forward. You do not mention how long you've had your Inspire 3, you may still have the benefit of Fitbit's warranty depending on when & where you bought your device, make a note of this as the agent will need the information if the warranty applies.
I hope this helps.
Cheers
