Inspire 3 is tracking my heart rate too high

I just had heart surgery a month ago, so watching my heart rate is very important for me at the moment.

I noticed my Inspire 3 has been logging an absurd number of Zone Minutes when I have actually been resting and my heart rate normal.

Referencing it to other devices, my Fitbit seems to be double counting my heart beats.

What can I do to stop this happening?

So is it just giving absurdly high zone minutes, or are you sure it is also reading high heart rate also?   One place you say your heart rate was normal.  Are you measuring it also some way other than fitbit and getting conflicting numbers?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

It is double counting my heart rate, so if it is 75 it is counting 150,
then calling that reading Zone Minutes.

I have a bp monitor and Kardia to confirm my actual heart rate, plus I can
take my own pulse accurately without any device.

It is double counting my heart rate. If it is 75, it is counting that as 150 and then calling that Zone Minutes.

I can take my own pulse manually, but I gave hith a blood pressure monitor and a Kardia to compare the readings.

The Fitbit is definitely at fault.
