Inspire 3 is turning on at night

Inspire 3 lights up at night when I move, disturbing my sleep.  I would like it to only light up on a long press if my connected phone is on DND.

Hello @TJide and welcome to the Community.  Your Inspire 3 has a sleep mode.  You can turn it on and off every day in the Quick Settings (swipe down on the clock face).  You need to tap the screen twice to wake it and the brightness is set to dim.  You can also set a schedule to automatically go in and out of sleep mode.  You do this in the Settings app on your Inspire 3.  There is a link to the Inspire 3 manual on this forum page.  Please see the manual for details.  Your path might be different from my Sense 2.

Thanks.  Much better now.  Was that setting in the app?  I could find nothing there.  Didn't think to try it on the Fitbit itself.
