Inspire 3 is unresponsive

Inspire 3 died

it has updated bits of information over night and shows 45% battery life on app but it is completely dead. No response to any movement and no battery lights on watch .

its only 2 weeks old !
any ideas please?!

Hi there, @Jackie005. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire 3 is unresponsive. I will do my best to help you with this! 

Please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
