It's crazy. Have not touched any settings. This just began an hour ago, out of the blue.
Raising my blood pressure which defeats the purpose, lol..

If you want to turn off your notifications, go to your dashboard on the Fitbit app > Tap on your profile picture > Tap on Inspire 3 > Tap Notifications and you'll see the option to disable your notifications. You can find more information about notifications in this article as well.
If you'd like to temporarily disable all notifications, you can also turn on the Do Not Disturb Mode on the settings app of your Inspire 3.
