Inspire 3 isn't tracking my sleep data accurately

Can I play a podcast or music or listen to a book AND have my Inspire 3 track my sleep patterns? It tracked my time asleep last night, but not REM, light, or deep.  Thanks for any guidance.

Do not use "Begin Sleep Now".  That will prevent getting sleep stages.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Hello @AEB66sja85smc89 and welcome to the Community.  Your Inspire 3 has automatic sleep tracking.  Wear it, go to sleep, and wake up.  That's it.  Your post caught my eye because of your title.  If you are doing something in the sleep section mobile app and are tapping on a Begin Sleep Now box, please stop.  That is for older model trackers that can't track sleep.
