Inspire 3 isn't tracking my sleep times accurately

Hi there,

I can’t find my previous topic on the exact same issue, I probably never « Post »-ed it... Appologies if it’s a dupplicate.

I bought the Inspire 3 in order to track ma sleep, and only my sleep. I don’t need it as an activity tracker, yet.

However, it is (or fitbit android application) really bad at analysing my sleep data. It shows me that I am in a light or ever paradoxal sleep, while I am currently well awake. I have got poor sleep, starting from 2AM and wanted to monitor the awake time.

My heart rate is around 53bpm as idle on the day, which is not too far from the value while asleep, might be the issue here? Is it something known?

Thanks,

Hi there, @shaiton. Welcome to the FItbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Inspire 3.

As a first approached, I'd recommend to sync your Inspire 3 to the app after waking up. This will help to make sure that all your data is sync properly.

Also, note that your time asleep is calculated by subtracting your time spent awake and restless from your overall tracked sleep time. For example, if you slept 8 hours but woke up 2 times for 15 minutes each, your time asleep would be 7 hr 30 min.

Additionally, keep in mind when your body is completely at rest and you haven’t moved for about an hour, your Fitbit device records that you’re asleep. For more information, see How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device?

Hi, thank you for your time, however I didn’t ask about the sleep time, only about the sleep stages which are really wrong on the sleep graph.

I clearly recall being awake from 3AM till 3:45AM for example, and it displays few minutes awake and then going to a light sleep or even a REM sleep, which is unfortunatly not right...

Which means my device is really useless and lying
