Inspire 3 keeps disconnecting from Samsung Galaxy S20

Since purchase (Nov 8), I have had to re-pair/re-setup my Inspire 3 to the app on my Samsung Galaxy S20+ 5G at least once per day. Why? Fit bit is never more than a few feet (<10') away at all times.

Hi there, @drlambert100.  Nice to see you around the Fitbit Community Forums. Thank you for reporting that your Inspire 3 is constantly disconnecting from your phone's Bluetooth. I understand how you must be feeling about having to do all troubleshooting steps mentioned so frequently, I'll be glad to help you with this. 

If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend following the troubleshooting steps provided here: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Also make sure that the Fitbit app is allowed to run in the background on your phone:
