Inspire 3 keeps randomly vibrating

Sitting still.  Every 30 seconds or so I get a small vibration.  Nothing is happening on the screen.  I’m not exercising or getting steps.   Azm, reminder to move annd ankarms anll off.  I’m not getting text messages or phone calls.   I restarted it, I charged it, it’s up to date software.

I find that random buzzes are often an alarm or timer that I never set.  Either the device just malfunctions or touches other than my fingers are playing gremlin while I'm wearing the device.
