Almost every time I swipe on my watch, it turns off. I've reset my watch and it appears to be up to date with updates so I don't know why it's like this. I've seen this has been a problem with both inspire 3 and inspire hr and I'm wondering why this hasn't been fixed yet or what is going on.

Hi, @KaitlynBenson , I am a little puzzled by your question as it isn’t actually possible to turn off the Inspire 3, except by letting the battery die down…. Do you mean that the screen goes black? Does it come back if you engage the haptic “button”? (I.e. squeeze the sides of the Fitbit)? I would recommend going to the settings menu (if the screen will stay on long enough for you to do that…). From the clock face swipe down until you come to the settings menu, tap to open, and have a look at the display settings to see if any changes would help.
Does the Fitbit connect properly to your app? Please go to the app, force a sync and check your battery status in the app. Make sure it has plenty of charge.
If the app indicates you have good charge (after a sync - the battery status will not be up to date until you sync) and you are unable even to swipe to find the settings menu I would recommend giving your Fitbit a restart as a first troubleshooting step. You may need to repeat this a couple of times as a single restart does not always work.

Hi, yes it just goes black. I can swipe a little but sometimes while swiping it'll go black and I'll have to rescroll. It's not dead and I've synced it multiple times and I've restarted it multiple times. Nothing seems to help. I've looked at settings several times to see if anything there will help but I don't think it will.

I have the same problem. It just started today. It doesn't turn off, but doesn't let me swipe more than twice so I can't get to the excercises bit. Very annoying.
