my inspire 3 lights up again and again - whenever it touches anything - while sleeping (and it really annoys my wife while she is trying to sleep). i DO have auto-wake turned OFF, but that is not helping. is there a way to just lock the screen? i tried the manual water lock, but that did not seem to help. any help would be appreciated. thank you.

Hi @rudyb see Page 22 and beyond for some settings you can try, such as dimming the screen. What many have done is taken a terry cloth band and put it around the Fitbit while wearing it to bed. It makes the light less noticeable.

Hi, @rudyb , I would suggest setting Do not Disturb hours on your phone - your Fitbit will respect your DND hours.
You can also turn on do not disturb from your Inspire 3 itself. From the clock face swipe down to find “ do not disturb” and tap to toggle it on and off.

It was that way for me as well. I could find no rhyme or reason as to why the screen would wake up, even with Auto Wake OFF. Recently, however, I do not think it has been waking up during the night for me. I have set my Sleep Mode hours set, turned OFF the side buttons (added effect, longer battery life!), and Auto Wake OFF. Try giving these settings a shot.

Hi, @rudyb & @brutus001 , welcome. You need to schedule "quiet mode". From the clock screen swipe down and touch settings>swipe up to quiet mode> turn DND off>tap sleep mode>schedule>interval, set start & ends times ensure the schedule slider is in the "on" position. Squeeze the side buttons to return to the clock screen. During the quiet mode, the display is dimmed, and the auto illuminate is disabled as are alerts. During the night to illuminate tap the screen twice to see the time which illuminates for just a few seconds. This is designed to prevent the disturbances you report.
I hope this helps.
Cheers

@Gr4ndp4 Simply turning off auto wake should work. It is not necessary also to set up quiet hours. It’s odd that it doesn’t work…
