My Fitbit will occasionally vibrate and notify me of 300, 450, and even 600 each with 3 upside down V's above it.  I don't know what this means.  I called the help site and he wasn't sure either.  Does anyone know what this means?  Thank you for your help!

Hello @Blossom354 and welcome to the Community.  The icon you are seeing is an Active Zone Minute icon.  It sounds like you are seeing a Weekly Activity Active Zone Minute notification.  The default setting is 150 minutes per week.  It sounds like you are getting vibration notifications for achieving multiples of your weekly goal.

Since you seem to be much more active than the "default" user, you can change your goals to get more personalized vibrations.  Tap on your profile avatar > Activity & Wellness > Daily Activity.  You can adjust your daily and weekly AZM goals there.  I'm a very active person, but I don't want to get this notification.  I'm not as active as you, but I set my weekly goal to 700 minutes to keep it from vibrating for this.
