Yesterday I reached my step goal 12500 and then some. Miles calculated correctly however a couple hours later the steps decreased a few thousand but kept the correct miles. I was wearing my inspire 3 at the time
Moderator edit: Subject for clarity
Best AnswerFrustrating - I also lost steps yesterday. About 2000 steps. I had reached 10k by 10:15 as I began my 15 min walk. A little while later (after my walk) I was below 9,500 steps instead of my 11,500+ steps where I should have been (& my Fitbit all the sudden is not recording all my exercise sessions either)

Hi @Mummadee. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the missing steps in your Fitbit account.
Let's confirm the following: are you using only one tracker or do you have multiple trackers in your account? If this is the case then make sure you sync all your trackers and then chose which one you are going to wear for the day or the activity you want to perform, this way you will avoid having steps reduce on your account. Also have you logged any type of activities on your account?
You can also restart your tracker following these instructions.
I have moved your post in order to keep our boards organized.
Let me know how it goes!
Hi, @Mummadee & @Mmc1991, welcome, Note you can only have one Fitbit device connected to your Fitbit app/account at any one time. If you are using MobileTrack you should ensure it is not connected to that app at the same time as your Inspire 3 as this corrupts the data. Do not delete & reload the Fitbit app as this may cause problems with the new version just released (3.76) if you are using Android 8 or older, the new app only works with Android 9 or newer.
I hope this helps.
Cheers

Hi, @Mummadee, It is not possible to have two devices synced to your Fitbit app/account at the same time.
Cheers
