Inspire 3 lost my data after I unpair it

I’m having an issue with my inspire 3.

This morning i was unable to sync it so I disconnected it from my iphone and removed it from the bluetooth devices list. Then I restarted my iphone and reconnected the fitbit.

It was able to reconnet but the problem is that now it only syncs the new data (ie from today) and my data from yesterday and last night do not sync

What should I do?

Hi @mhjy. Unfortunately any data you are unable to sync before removing a Fitbit device from your account is permanently lost. Even though there was data on it when you added it back, as you found only the new data is recognized and added to your daily total. Sorry you lost the data.

If it happens again, work through the steps in this help article. Usually, you can get it syncing again without losing any data.
