I fell asleep with TV on. Typical for me. Woke up and without moving turned on a movie. Watched whole film. Didn't move much in guess. Anyway, later my Inspire 3 reported I'd slept the whole time. My old Versa never did that! I prefer the more bracelet like and less watch like appearance of the Inspire 3, as I'm a watch collector and feel like wearing two watches looks silly. But I want sleep to record accurately and not mistake passively watching TV or listening to music for sleep.

Hello there, @Althair. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the inconvenience with your Inspire 3.
Please note when your body is completely at rest and you haven’t moved for about an hour, your device records that you’re asleep. For more information, see How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device?
Your can edit or delete sleep logs in the Fitbit app. For instructions, see How do I add, edit, or delete Fitbit data and activities?
Hope that helps.

I had the same situation with the Inspire 3 wristband. That I sat and didn't move and watched a movie on the online cinema soap2day. And the bracelet also considered that I was asleep) I do not consider it a mistake of the application or the bracelet itself, because it reacts to movement and heart rate, and when you are relaxed and watching a movie, the heart rate decreases.

This same thing has happened to me. Started to make an effort to "flick" my wrist (just enough to show the time) while watching TV shows. I am normally, a little fidgety anyway, so it is not too bad.
