Inspire 3 needs charged twice a day

I bought an Inspire 3 new/open box on eBay, so I probably can't take advantage of the warranty. I loved my tracker until a recent firmware update, when the battery suddenly won't last a whole day. I have to charge it twice a day. I have removed or disabled most features that I don't use, I have tried changing the clock face, I have tried restarting, force stopping the app, disconnecting Bluetooth, restarting multiple times in a row, disabling O2 monitoring, always-on, notifications for HR, reminders to move, pretty much everything I've seen suggested online. Is there anything else I can do? I've used Fitbit for a really long time and this is very disappointing.

Hi @Kellygug  you won't have a warranty unless the Fitbit was purchased from an authorized retailer. Have you tried getting with eBay? I've been able to return items when they didn't work. Might be worth the email to ask.
