Inspire 3 never reaches 100% charge

Just curious, does anyone else experience this? When I charge my Inspire 3 it reaches 99% fairly quickly but even leaving if  charging for much longer, it never reaches 100%.

I have noticed the same thing.  I usually pull mine once it gets past 90%.  Re-chargeable batteries last longer if they aren't charged to 100% every time.
