Can anyone help before I return this? My Inspire 2 broke on Sunday so bought the 3 yesterday and set it up last night. After a 5 mile run this morning I realised the app wasn't showing any heart or sleep data and no heart beat registered on the watch. The app said an update was needed which I did but all that happened was 10000 steps disappeared but the other problems were still there. I turned the heart toggle on and off and restarted it but again nothing. The green lights on the back only seem to appear if I rub my finger over the back of the sensor and a couple of times a heart beat has appeared but then goes again straight away. This product so far seems so inferior in all ways then the Inspire 2, as literally nothing can be done on the app.
