I upgraded from an inspire two to an inspire three
Which I thought was an upgrade
But inspire three does not allow me to set for interval running
And it does not have a RUCK setting
Are there any plans to do an update?

@Ziggysinfl , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message and feedback.
If you just paired and started using the Inspire 3, it may need a firmware update. I assume that this is the case here, as with the newest Firmware the Interval Training option should be available.
Make sure that you have the latest Fitbit app installed.
Use the Inspire 3 normally for a few days and when the update is available, you'll see a banner in the Fitbit app.
Tap on it and follow the instructions here: Update your Fitbit device
