My Fitbit stopped recording daily sleep scores and daily readiness scores after a recent trip to Europe and has not recorded scores for the last several days. I also just noticed that it is incorrectly capturing

data (eg significantly over estimating my step count).

 

im not sure if there was a recent update as some of the remedies shared in other Fitbit community blogs did not work

Can you please clarify how I can fix this?

No answers here. But having the same problem. Sorry. I was on a cruise. Since home no sleep scores. Only getting body temp. No other health metrics!!  Please someone answer our questions.
