My fairly new Inspire 3 is used for sleep tracking only and had been working ok. Last night it showed sleep stages but no score and no spO2. I updated the app and it is now showing an spO2 for last night but still no score. Maybe it will work tonight. Also I will clean it more often, that seemed to be an issue with my previous Charge. Ideas?

My brand new Inspire 3 is not recording anything relating to sleep at all, although everything else seems to be working alright.

I've had mine for only a week but it's recorded my sleep every night. I thought it didn't give a score until it had recorded 14 sleep sessions. I'd like to know how it determines if you're restless. I assume that's based on movement like if you turn over or change position.

Yes, I'm sure there's an algorithm that uses the movement sensor. I don't get this any longer because I did not start paying for Premium after the free trial expired. The Fitbit does a good job of tracking sleep, including the score, without subscribing to Premium.

My Inspire 3 is now showing the sleep score. I updated the app and cleaned the sensors. With my old Charge 4, I got superstitious about cleaning it regularly. I think maybe the spO2 sensor needed cleaning. Either that or something on the Fitbit server end.

Make sure the sleep tile is showing on the Today page of the app. Do not tell it you are going to sleep, it will figure it out.

I assume the sensors are on the back of the tracker that contact your wrist. Mine is only a week old but it would never have occurred to me that they would eventually need cleaning. Learn something new every day!
