Inspire 3 not able to set up

I'm trying to set up my Inspire 3 Fitbit in the app but I keep getting a message about my Fitbit not charging even though it's already charged and full. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, force stopping the app, turning off my Bluetooth and turning it back on, and restarting my phone. None of that works. Any suggestions on what to do next? The app wouldn't sync on my Android 9 and now I have an Android 11 I'm using but it's not working on it either.

Hi there, @LauraK95. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided and for all steps you've tried to fix this issue with your new Inspire 3.

I'd recommend the following steps: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? I'd also like to know what model of phone you're using to connect your Fitbit. Please take a momento to check the Fitbit setup requirements. If you continue having issues connecting your Inspire 3 try these steps:

  1. Remove your Inspire 3 from the Bluetooth settings on your phone.
  2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections nearby.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  4. Restart your tracker.
  5. Open the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture > Set Up a Device.
  6. Update your Fitbit in case you haven't do so.

Hope this helps.
