My daughter is 14 and has a Inspire 3 but her account won't allow her to link the watch to her phone. The phone only shows kids watches to connect.

Any ideas please ?

Hi @BazGreen and warm welcome to the forums.

I appreciate your message, and I'm sorry to know that your daughter is 14 and has an Inspire 3, but her account won't allow her to link the watch to her phone, only showing kids watches to connect.

May I suggest you to read and follow the steps shown in the following help article ? How does my child upgrade their account?

Hi @BazGreen   I'm reading your post different from @MarioSFitbit.  Are you trying to set up a new account for your daughter's Inspire 3?  Do you use Google Family Link?  Google Family Link has its own privacy protocols and is considered a supervised Google Account.  If so, it is my understanding that you must remove her from Family Link.  Shen must have an unsupervised Google Account.  Other parent wrote that it might take 24 hours after the change for her to get access to all devices.  It is also my understanding that you can add her back in another day or two.
