Inspire 3 not charging

Hello! My son has a FitBit....i believe it's the Inspire3. But recently, it stopped taking a charge. It won't magnetize to the charging cord. We've tried 3 different cords. And it's not the cords themselves, because my fitbit charges just fine. Any ideas as to what this could be? thanks!

@MDzioba , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message and efforts. 

Please make sure that the contacts on the Inspire 3 and on the Charging cables are neither dirty or damaged. 
To clean them please use a clean dry toothbrush.
