I have had Fitbits for over 10 years and never had this problem. First noticed that my Inspire 3 was no longer notifying me of texts. I have had constant problems with this most recent Inspire. I have read multiple posts and tried everything suggested. Turn off Bluetooth, restart Fitbit, restart phone, clear user data. Was able to reconnect it last weekend only for the notifications to stop again in 1-2 days. Now, I can't get the phone to see the Bluetooth connection. There is obviously a problem with the software. Please do not respond with a generic list of things to try that do not work. Fix the software.

Hello, @lnicholas, welcome back to the Fitbit Community.
Thanks for letting me know about this situation with your Inspire 3 not connecting to your phone's bluetooth. I appreciate the steps you followed to get this improved.
I recommend you to check this article and follow the steps you haven't tried yet, for example update your phone and Fitbit app and check your phone permissions.

That is an absolute waste of my time because I have done that so many times and my inspire three won’t even sync when my watch is right next to the app! **ahem**

Fitbit app is up to date. All permissions on the phone are set properly. The only thing that will fix it is to unpair my Inspire 3 from my phone and remove the device in the Fitbit app. Readd in the Fitibit app and re-pair with phone. Did that on Sunday and on Tuesday morning it was not working again. Can you see how many people are having problems with this? There is obviously a problem with the software. It would be much better if Fitbit would acknowledge the problem and say we are working on it.

What worked for me on Sunday was unpair my Inspire 3 from my phone and remove the device in the Fitbit app. Readd in the Fitibit app and re-pair with phone. Everything worked great for 2 days. Tuesday morning and it was not working again. Fitbit has a software problem that needs to be fixed.
