I changed phones two months ago and I haven’t managed to sync my fit bit to my new phone yet.
It allows me to enter the 4 digit code and then fails to connect after that stage. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app a few times?
Any help would be great👍🏻

Thanks for letting me know about this situation when trying to set up your Inspire 3.
My best recommendation would be to follow the steps in this article, and if they don't work, restart your Inspire 3 and try again.
