Inspire 3 not detecting sleep

Hello!

I've had my band for literally 4 days, it detected my sleep on the first and second night no problem but the last two it gives me nothing? But when i manually add times it miraculously adds data into the sleep patterns???

What do i do?

Return it for a replacement device ASAP. 

My Inspire 3 works fine but my wife just returned her third Inspire 3 device that fails to return Breating Rate or HRV heart metrics, and detailed sleep cycle data; just provides basic sleep information, which is useless.

Google Customer Sevice gave up trying to get all three of her devices working, so returning them was the only remaining option left open to her.
