Inspire 3 not logging exercise.

I got my Fitbit a couple of months ago and until the last two weeks it’s been fine. For some reason it is no longer lotting my exercise in the app. I am recording the exercise as usual and the steps, calories burned and other stats are reflected on app but not in the exercise section. I’ve already tried, removing and re-downloading the app, disconnecting Bluetooth and reconnecting, hard restarting watch and manually syncing immediately after exercise. Any other ideas or is my device just busted? I am still in warranty and wondered if this would be covered also

@Kwhite10 , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message and efforts. 

It seems that the issue is in the Fitbit App and not your Inspire 3, as it syncs the information, and it shows reflected on the steps, calories and other stats.
If you have another mobile device, where you can install the Fitbit App. Try installing the Fitbit app there and log in. Look if there the activities are shown. 


Even if you already tried some of these steps, the order is important. 

  • Log out of the Fitbit App. 
  • Uninstall the Fitbit App. 
  • Restart your phone (off/on)
  • Reinstall the Fitbit App and log in. 

Try loading the activities.
