Inspire 3 not logging hourly movement on the app

My watch shows I am reaching the hourly 250 steps but it’s not showing in the app.

Thank you for taking the time to share with me the details about this difficulty with your tracker. 

Please, confirm that you are using the latest version of the Fitbit app.

I'd suggest you perform these troubleshooting steps on the app:

  • Log out from the Fitbit app.
  • Offload the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  • Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  • Check if the hours of activity are available now.
