Hi, @Holt63, welcome to the community, you do not mention how you have initiated the "Walk" exercise on your Inspire 3, you have two choices. You can depend on the auto-recognize feature. Touch your icon in the top left corner of the Fitbit app "Today" screen on your phone>activity & wellness>exercise>walk, ensure the slider in the top right is in the "on" position and the "walks longer than" value is appropriate before touching "SAVE". Note this will not engage GPS or generate a map in your Fitbit app. The advantage is you do not need to fiddle with settings before & after your walk, just view the result by touching the exercise tile in the "Today" screen. To get the full-fat data & map on your Inspire 3 you need to swipe left to the exercise shortcuts>touch "Walk" to start it, to finish touch pause, and swipe up to finish. If the Walk shortcut is not presented on your Inspire 3 check out this video at 19:22 for instructions.

I hope this is helpful but if you are still stuck please post here again.

Cheers
