Inspire 3 not tracking a sleep score

I bought my Inspire 3 on  July 16th, so I  have slept with it on (snug) for 6 nights.  I do get sleep stages that appear accurate, but no sleep score.   I have restarted it (via settings on the watch).  I have cleared the cache on  the phone (Pixel 7, latest updates from 7/5) and restarted it.  The app version is 4.47(110343466).

Any ideas what the problem could be?

Welcome back to the Fitbit Community, @jtpryan.

Thanks for letting me know about this situation with the sleep score not showing when you wear your Inspire 3, I understand the impact of this and how you can feel, I'll do my best to help you.

I appreciate the steps you followed to get this improved, I recommend you to follow these steps:

- Open the Fitbit app Fitbit app.
- From the Today tab , touch and hold on the screen and pull down to refresh.
- If your Fitbit device didn’t sync, force quit the Fitbit app and restart your phone’s Bluetooth connection.
- Try to manually sync your Fitbit device again. If you still experience issues, learn why your Fitbit device doesn’t sync.

You can also check more about this here if needed.

Thank you,  but I already stated that I did  all of  those things.  I am a longtime fitbit user,  having had the Luxe before this, so I  am familiar  with the  standard remedies for this and they are not working.   To be clear, the device is syncing just  fine and I do get the stats, just not a  score.
