Inspire 3 not providing health report

Inspire 3 Fitbit Care Premium Renew Active. No health report and have never had one. When I follow the directions to where it is supposed to be it shows me a bunch of exercise videos and that's  all. The health reports are supposed to be included so where is it? I have deleted,  reinstalled, reset, etc numerous times.

I am referring to the Wellness Report that is included with my membership, which is not there. When I click on my initial on the upper right corner, there is no "premium Benfits" listed, the list begins with "Your Data in Fitbit" which should be second on the list. As I said, I have cleared cache, deleted and reinstalled, restarted, and all the other solutions suggested, with no help. I have Android phone, and I see other Android users also have this problem, so I suggest Fitbit needs to fix this.

I am referring to the Wellness Report . I have never had one. When I click
on my initial in the upper right hand corner the first thing on that list
is Your Data in Fitbit, and when I look at Premium benefits it shows
exercise videos, no Wellness Report opportunity. I have Inspire 3, Fitbit
Care Premium, Renew Active. I have done all the suggestions numerous
times: delete app and reinstall, clear cache, turn off phone , etc. Like I
already mentioned. I have. read all the community help suggestions and
tried them. Nothing. Wellness Report is supposed to be part of my Premium
subscription, so please put it on there.
