Inspire 3 not receiving notifications

Hi i have had my inspire 3 for almost a year now, a month ago i let it die for about a week. ever since i charged it back up I have not been able to see my notifications from my phone on my watch. before when id get a notification my watch would vibrate and show the notification, now it wont do that at all. I have reset my watch, disconnected and reconnected on both the app and my bluetooth and made sure my dnd is turned off. i have no idea what else I can do and would really appreciate any suggestions

I appreciate your message, and I'm sorry to hear about this situation regarding the missing notifications of your Inspire 3. 

This is not the experience we want for our customers, and I understand your feelings about this situation. 

May I suggest you to read and follow the steps shown in the following help article? Why are notifications delayed or missing?
